Growing up with a father in the construction business, Seth was exposed to the real estate industry at very young age. Having lived in York County the majority of his life, he is an expert in the local market with a strong understanding and extensive knowledge of the locality. After graduating from Penn State University, and a successful career in the fast-paced television industry in New York City, Seth returned to his York roots to raise his family in the same welcoming community where he was raised. Now with over 14 years of Real Estate experience, 370+ homes sold for over 72 million dollars in volume, Seth’s success is attributed to the relationships he has built with his clients along the way.
