I'm a lifetime resident of Lancaster County and founder of The Kreider Group, with decades of experience helping countless buyers and sellers get to the settlement table. I have always practiced clear and prompt communication, providing an honest perspective based on data and experience. I've instilled the same values in the other members of The Kreider Group and continue to help the team maintain its status as a team that performs in the top 5% of the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices extended network. I'm a proud member of the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS, PA Association of REALTORS, & National Association of REALTORS. When not serving clients, I like to relax on the Chesapeake Bay and spend time with family, especially my grandchildren.
