Tim Shreiner is a licensed REALTOR® and partner with The Tim Shreiner Group. Throughout Tim's career, clients have described his strongest characteristics to be professionalism, honesty, & integrity, along with his communication & negotiation skills. He has resided in the Lancaster area all of his life, giving him the advantage of knowing the area on a very personal level. He enjoys spending time with his wife & four children along with various outdoor activities. Tim holds memberships in the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR), Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR), & National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). He also holds the Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), & Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.
