Shane Kuhns is an experienced REALTOR® serving the Lancaster County area. As a native of Lancaster, he is able to provide his clients with the advantage of an agent who has detailed knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, & market trends.  He leverages this experience & knowledge to find the right area to fit their lifestyle.  Prior to real estate Shane had a career serving in the US Marine Corps and working in a juvenile detention center.  His experiences in those fields demanded attention to detail and he has carried that over to ensure that his real estate client’s needs are fully met and their best interests are at the forefront.  When it comes to details regarding financing, negotiation and contract signing, Shane leaves no stone unturned. Shane’s passion for working with and helping others lead him to becoming a REALTOR®.
