Before starting his career as a REALTOR®, Jim gained experience in the financial & telecom industries. A native of the Eastern Panhandle, he spent 7 years in Ohio, graduated with honors in Economics from the College of Wooster, & worked in sales, including a role at New York Life. There, he built a knowledge base in financial products & client decision-making. In 2002, Jim returned to West Virginia to follow his father's footsteps into real estate.

Since then, Jim has gained extensive experience in various real estate types, from commercial properties to first-time homebuyers & maximizing seller profits. A licensed broker in West Virginia and Maryland, Jim is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS® Top Producer Hall of Fame and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Leading Edge Society.

He supports Tomahawk Intermediate School & local charities. Outside of work, Jim enjoys family time, golf, & traveling. He lives in Hedgesville, West Virginia, with his wife & two sons.
