Licensed since 2013, Gene assists clients with residential homes, vacant land, first-time purchases, home sales, and real estate transactions of many sizes. Before real estate, Gene served as a Pennsylvania State Trooper for 26 years before retiring in 2015. That experience shaped his commitment to integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication, and service. Gene helps buyers understand the purchase process, connect with lenders for pre-approval, and evaluate properties that fit their goals. For sellers, he offers guidance on preparation, presentation, and market strategy.
