Tom Slaughter was born and raised in Roland Park and remains a lifelong resident of Baltimore. This deep-rooted history gives him an unparalleled understanding of the unique neighborhoods throughout the city and its surrounding counties. With over 30 years of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and multi-family real estate, Tom’s extensive market knowledge and commitment to service provide a distinct advantage for his clients. In addition to sales, Tom has dedicated much of his recent career to professional development; he served as the Director of Career Development for new agents from 2017 through 2023 and currently shares his expertise as an instructor for the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR), teaching four of the six required "New Agent" continuing education classes.
