About
JoAnne brings 30+ years of real estate leadership to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty and is widely recognized across the industry. She served as President of the Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS® (1997) and the Maryland Association of REALTORS® (2005), and sits on the Professional Standards Committee for three associations. At NAR, she’s held numerous leadership roles, including 2014 Vice President and 2016 Regional VP, and currently serves on the Executive Committee. A Women's Council of REALTORS® member since 1989, she’s served in multiple leadership positions locally, statewide, and nationally. Her many honors include REALTOR® of the Year, Sales Associate of the Year, WCR and CRS Member of the Year, Omega Tau Rho inductee, and the Maryland REALTORS® Life Achievement Award. JoAnne is active in her church, loves theater, and cherishes time with family—especially her two perfect grandchildren.
