Marty Clayton was stuck at a “dead end” job, unhappy with where his life was headed, so he decided it was time for a career switch. In February of 1986, Marty became a licensed REALTOR® and never looked back. Real estate offered the opportunity for a career, growth and job development. It was exactly the passion he was looking for. Knowing what real estate meant for himself, along with his organized and level-headed personality, it was natural for Marty to fall into a management role in order to help others find the same passion. Through real estate, Marty has been able to cultivate his love for the community. He enjoys seeing the diversity of York county, and is appreciative that he can go from city to countryside in a short drive. Marty believes that the most important things needed to be successful are continued training, development of goals, being able to handle decision making swiftly and confidently and, above all else, having integrity.
