Kim has been a REALTOR since 1980, with 31 of those years being with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty. He was the President and served on the Board of Directors, for Century 21 Heritage Realty, a company he owned with ten other real estate agents, until being purchased by Prudential Bob Yost Homesale Services, in 2013. The company later went on to become Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty. Kim is the recipient of countless real estate achievement awards both individually and team oriented, his most prized award is his selection as one of "The Best of York County" REALTORS® by the York Sunday News readers, now 20 years in a row!!! He was also was thrilled to be selected as RAYAC's 2009 REALTOR of the Year and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty's Preserving Trust Award Winner in 2016.
