I started my Real Estate in 1985. I have experienced seeing Real Estate Markets with interest rates at 17% and as low as 3.5%. Since 1985, different segments of the Market have been hot and others not so much. However, what matters is how a specific market may impact you. I live by ‘The Golden Rule’ and will approach your Real Estate needs as though they are my own.

I do things by the book and do them right the first time. By knowing what the client’s needs are, I can better manage the details to make sure they are buying the right home or Investment.
