Raised by a father in architectural design, general contracting, project management, & brokering sales of real estate in New England, Grace moved to MD for her bachelor's, master's, & law degrees. Grace managed a show jumping team (up to 1.20m), with numerous New England titles & awards. She developed a commercial sized equestrian boarding & schooling practice on her 17+ acre property in Maine. Through these experiences she developed a mindset for business organization, & structure. As of 2025, Grace manages her own, privately owned real estate investing business, with a portfolio of 13 rental units (1 single family home with commercial equestrian facility (5 out buildings), 11 apartment units (1-4 bedrooms), 1 garage). Selling & leasing multiple millions of dollars worth of properties per year in MD, PA, & upon referral to New England, & down south, (within all 50 states), Grace will offer the expertise, tricks of the trade, overall advice, & promptness these businesses require.
