David VanArsdale Jr. brings a diverse background to his role as a REALTOR®. Raised in the hospitality industry through his family’s Comfort Inn & Suites in York County, he gained early experience in customer service and client care. He studied communications and creative writing at Penn State York, sharpening his ability to connect with clients and clearly share information. David also ran a commercial painting and finishing company, which deepened his understanding of construction. While working in automotive sales in Atlanta, he honed his negotiation skills and graduated top of his class at MAADA. Since 2007, David has blended these strengths into his real estate career, offering knowledgeable, well-rounded service. A York County resident, he knows the local market and community well. Outside of real estate, he’s the lead singer of “VanArsdale and Platts,” a local Crooner Band. David lives in York County with his wife Jeri and their son Charlie.
