Karl Fisher has been with The Tim Shreiner Group since November of 2016. He has a passion for helping new as well as seasoned investors in purchasing multi-family investment properties. He is enthusiastic about the revitalization occuring in the city of Lancaster & feels that there is great potential for investors throughout all of Lancaster County. Karl has been a landlord/investor for 40 years, & his properties are managed by North Pointe Property Management. He encourages his clients to enjoy the many benefits that property management affords to investors. Karl has lived in Lancaster County all his life & has been married to his wife, Eileen, for 47 years. They reside in the Lititz area & have two married daughters & five grandchildren. He is a licensed REALTOR® in PA & a member of LCAR, PAR, & NAR Associations.
