Zachary Berkheimer is a licensed Pennsylvania and Maryland REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout York County, Adams County, and nearby Maryland communities. With roots in Southern York County and a home in Eastern Adams County, he brings firsthand knowledge of South Central Pennsylvania and the local markets that shape the region. Before beginning his real estate career in 2023, Zachary spent more than 17 years working in the skilled trades as a welder, developing a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism. He has a strong interest in land, rural, and residential properties and is a National Deer Association Land Steward Level 1.
