Ella Lesh is a licensed REALTOR® based in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, serving buyers and sellers across Central Pennsylvania, including Cumberland, Dauphin, Perry, Franklin, York, Adams, and Lancaster Counties. Licensed since 2018 and a Million Dollar Producer, Ella helps clients with residential sales, first-time home purchases, relocation, investment properties, luxury homes, land, and new construction. Before real estate, she worked as an IT recruiter, building strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills that now support a clear, steady process from consultation through closing. Ella holds ABR®, AHWD®, MRP®, C2EX®, and Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist Certification. She is also the founder of Wild Women, a women’s hiking club and retail business that supports local women’s shelters, and she volunteers through Realtor Reach Out with community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and Family Promise of the Harrisburg Capital Region.
