After earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from UMBC, Bill began his career as a programmer before transitioning into business ownership at Baltimore’s historic Lexington Market. He later co-owned and operated Sunshine Grille in Fork, Maryland, where he built decades of experience in market awareness, operations, renovation, and customer service. Today, Bill brings a straightforward, dependable approach to real estate, supported by firsthand experience purchasing, selling, investing in, and personally financing properties.
