As the VP of Career Development for Homesale Realty, I have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with several members of our Homesale Leadership Team. Our Affiliations Team works to identify high quality potential real estate candidates and walks them step by step through the entire licensing process. They also provide a concierge level of service for all real estate agents joining Homesale, helping them complete their affiliation paperwork and feel comfortable navigating their new technology tools. Our Career Development Team provides the necessary Training and Coaching through our Accelerate Program so our newly licensed agents can hit the ground running. Our Accelerate grads are twice as productive as the typical new agent with several of them close 15+ transactions in their first 12 months. In addition, we offer several Career Development Opportunities for our Experienced Agents.
